AH Creative provides professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and related services. We operate from our premises at Bronleigh House, 6 Cadoxton Road, Neath, SA10 7AE.

3. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be made through our online booking system (Nearcut), by telephone, or in person. Walk-ins are also welcome subject to availability.

3.2 Cancellations

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reduce the service time or reschedule to accommodate other customers. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are displayed on our website and in our shop. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash and card payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

We take pride in our work and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your haircut, please let your barber know immediately so we can address your concerns. We will do our best to make adjustments while you are in the shop.
